Geocache Description:

This cache lies next to a public footpath which follows a stream through fields, underneath a canal and then a railway.

The cache lies just outside the village of B------w. You can park at the side of the road where the footpath leaves the Fosse Way. Parts of the path can become quite muddy in wet weather, so bring your boots. The cache is contained in a Tupperware-type box with a white lid, but is not immediately visible. It lies about a centimetre below ground level, so you might have to get your hands just a little dirty, but no digging is required.

While you're in the area, you must visit B------w and climb 'The Tump', a man-made mound which is said to be one of the finest motte-and-bailey sites in the country. It lies at N 52º24.753' W 001º21.383'. From its summit, on a clear day, you can see for miles around the surrounding countryside in all directions. B------w has several pubs and a good chippy. The nearby village of Easenhall is also very pretty.

Footnote: In order to prevent cache depletion, would anyone finding this cache please take no more items than they leave?
