Hidden in the Dale Road Open Space and Off-leash Dog Park. Small container contains log book, pen and other SWAG. FTF: Big Milk Bone (it is a dog park after all.) Not too far off the trail. I would recommend long sleeves and long pants - many thorns in the area.
This is in memory of our black lab, Duke, who passed at the end of August 2011. He would have loved to travel the trails of this dog park, but by the time it opened, he was a bit too old to enjoy it. We had 12 great years with the "old man." He crossed the Rainbow Bridge a month shy of his 14th birthday.
If you are with your dog when you find this cache, give him/her an extra scratch behind the ears. Duke could never get enough of his ears being rubbed.
