THE CACHE IS AT THE POSTED COORDINATES
The Final Stage of Tour Around Millikin is at this very spot.
This cache will also be as TB Hotel as well as a Book Hotel.
I recommend doing this cache at night so muggles don't become an issue
Stages are in walking range so go enjoy the sights of the campus. Also.. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR MUGGLES!!
Finding this cache shouldn't be too hard but to open it well...that might take some time. There is a combination lock on this cache with four slots. To find the missing numbers you must find all four of the TOUR AROUND MILLIKIN STAGES. Dial in the numbers in order of series to crack open the first large cache at millikin university!

3/31/14 UPDATE: There is no dial right now, however you should email me the numbers to the lock from the current Stage 3 for "extra credit".....
You still have to do the tour to get to the cords. I wanted this to get back up but will continue to restore it to it's original placement.
