Geocache Description:

The local park in my parent's neighborhood where I grew up. It has changed a bit since then.

This should be an easy cache to grab, so bring the kids. There is room for some small items, maybe even a travel bug or two. I suggest you park your car in the lot and walk over, but you don't have to. Typical hiding place, you shouldn't need any help with this one. There are some homes within view and sometimes muggles nearby, so be stealthy. Please replace the cache exactly where you found it.
This is the park where I played when I was growing up. There have been a few changes since then. There are less trees, the old wrought iron fence is gone, the old metal playground has been replaced by a new plastic one, and the football field is now a fenced in baseball field.
Some things haven't changed though. The pool is still a nice place on a hot summer day, and the hill nearby is ok for sleigh riding in the winter (if we get snow), and there's plenty of space to run around. I hope you take a few minutes to enjoy the park and have fun finding the cache!
