There is not much to see at Seacombe but there is a Trig Point and a couple points of interest on the way to a reasonable view of the area.
Take the Longford to Loch Sport Road and watchout for a small turn off to the right called Trig Track.
The final few hundred meters to the cache might be passable in a 2WD but be very careful, especially in the wet: a soft roader will have no problems. There are a few short lengths of soft sand to drive through.
On the way to this cache, you will pass over Esso's oil and gas pipelines that deliver products from Bass Strait to the crude stabilisation plant at Longford. There is also an apiary nearby. You can hear the bees as soon as you stop the vehicle.
Mossies took heaps of blood as soon as we emerged from the cachemobile to place the cache, so don't forget the aeroguard.
