By eco-power generation, there are many opportunities to see some windmills here and there. Probably, it will be pleasant for some windmills to have various forms and to see them. The published coordinates show the front of the City hall. The cache is hidden somewhere in Nishio City. A small cache with magnets is waiting for you.
