Grub-n-Glub
A local convenience center I use to visit daily for my food and drink. Cache was placed with owners permission and can be a cache-n-dash.
Access is easy for those with mobility problems. (terrain 1) Enjoy the cache, and maybe a bite or two. Stealth may be required depending on the time of day/week you stop by.
The cache is located in plain sight and naturally blends to it's surroundings, so there is no need to reach in to dark places.
Update 6/1/12: The nearby spirits shop has requested people hunting for the cache to stop in really quick and let them know, especially in the evening hours. The owner of this shop knows where the cache is if you run into problems, and is willing to help you out, but will not show you the exact location.
