Geocache Description:

Cache is an ammo can located off the side of a closed road (park ranger approved of placement) near Wright Patman Lake and is easily accessible from either north bound or south bound HWY 59. It should not take too long to find & is fairly easy to get to. Good for travelers.

This is our first cache to hide (but ""knot" our last"). We had several possible hides in mind around the Texarkana area but struck out on all of them either due to muggles, poison ivy or accessibility issues. Finally right at sunset we settled on this location. The hike nor the hide are as challenging as we had hoped for but it should still be a fun one to find. Best parking is at the road closed sign.

The cache is stocked pretty decently with the following items:
$5 bill for First to Find
Two dollars in Quaters
Compass from New York City
A silly Keychain
2 action figures
2 fresh AA batteries (keep you Caching longer)
Sea Shell
Golf Ball
5 toy cars
toy hamster
log book & pen
Woot! screaming monkey keychain
Geocoin thief geocoin

There is some poison ivy on the way to the cache so be on the lookout. We tried to hide the cache in a poison ivy free area which proved very hard to do around here.
