Geocache Description:

This event is being organised by the Friends of Coppett Hill and its aim is to attract people to the area

When: Saturday 30 June 2012, 10am to 6pm

Meeting place: The Hostelrie, Goodrich

This event has two purposes, to bring Geocachers to the area, and to introduce new people to geocaching.

There will be members of the Friends at the meeting point all day so just pop along when it suits.

It is suitable for all (young, old, families and of course dogs). The hill itself is quite steep and is not suitable for wheelchairs, but it is worth the climb as the views are amazing.

There are a number of caches on the hill and in the surrounding area. We hope to publish another couple to coincide with the event.

The Hostelrie at Goodrich is a pub and hotel with good food and drink. Join us first and we can let you know where to park to access the nearby caches, then come back afterwards and share your experiences.

The logbook will be at The Hostelrie and you need to sign that to claim you have attended the event. There will also be a few Travel Bugs and Geocoins to either discover, or swap if you bring any with you.
