When we last entered the small hamlet of Blackstone, we were thrust into darkest shadows. looming high on the hell above town was the old Asylum...once scheduled for demolition, but still standing tall. The McGuire family was first to feel the destructive reach of its chilling legacy. For after an "innocent" gift, an antique doll, was anonymously delivered to the McGuires' doorstep, little Megan cradled it to her heart--and, unknowing, brought pure evil into her home.

Now, in the black of night, another strange package has arrived in someone's unsuspecting arms. Inside: a shiny silver locket, Who would ever suspect that a lovely piece of jewelry could wreak such hell and havoc?
