Geocache Description:

The cache ISat the coordinates listed above.

Schnauzer's Visit Your Neighbors Challenge

The cache is hidden at the coordinates that are listed above, but in order to qualify this as a find you'll need find caches that meet the requirements listed below.

In order to claim the find on this one, you must log 10 geocaches in each of the counties that surround the one where you live. Here is an example:

You live in STORY COUNTY. This means that you MUST log the following:

10 geocaches in Boone County
10 geocaches in Hamilton County
10 geocaches in Hardin County
10 geocaches in Marshall County
10 geocaches in Jasper County
10 geocaches in Polk County

This example only works if you live in Story County. You will have to find a map to find the counties that surround the one that you live in.

RULES and exceptions

1) The number of counties will vary depending on where you live as some counties border six counties while others may only border 4 (or whatever the number). You need to find FIFTY (50) caches total to log this as a find and if you don't border that many counties you may use YOUR OWN COUNTY as one of the qualitying counties.

2) If your county borders a county that DOES NOT have 10 geocaches in it, you may use your own county to make up the rest.

3) If the total of all of your caches in all of your surrounding counties doesn't add up to FIFTY, you may use ANY CACHE FINDS that you have from ANY COUNTIES.

4) If your county borders another state, you must include those counties in your total.

5) You MAY use previous geocache finds in your total.

6) If your county shares only one point with another county (such as a county that has four corners) you don't have to use that county (EXAMPLE - You live in Grundy and Grundy comes to a four-county corner point with Hardin, Franklin and Butler. It only meets the point at Franklin County so you DON'T HAVE TO INCLUDE THIS COUNTY in your total, but you may if you choose to do so.

7) You MAY used caches that you've found in the past that have been archived or disabled.

8) Please contact us for any clarifications or to allow for possible exceptions in the rules.

9) Please post either a list of the qualifying caches with your log or create a public list for others to view.

THANK YOU FOR COMPLETING THIS CHALLENGE AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU!
