A basic micro in one of Queanbeyan's many local parks.
The difficulty changes with the seasons, and it may take some stealth and timing.
LAMBERT PARK
Welcome to Lambert Park, one of a number of patches of green you can find on Google Maps in and around the Queanbeyan area. A nice open field to run around on when there's not a game on, and a basic playground nearby for the kids – but no golf, by order of the general manager (sorry about that Fore!).
The park is named after Arthur Lambert, Mayor of Queanbeyan from 1954 to 1963. Amongst his life's achievements was helping to form the first Canberra Soccer club. The Queanbeyan Council has a basic bio online:

So why the title of the cache? When I was researching the name of the park, I came across one Elizabeth Lambert, a soccer player for New Mexico who was suspended from the game indefinitely for her actions on the field during a semi-final.
For those of us who weren't able to make it to the match, there's always the interweb:

There's nothing like a friendly game to bring out one's best side, is there?
UPDATE: Looks like the video in that link is broken, but there are others out there. Like this one:

Stealth will be needed when retrieving and returning the cache as Muggles can appear from any direction, and some days it will be near impossible – though they seem to be few and far between. You'll be exposed from all four sides at GZ, so have a scout around for inquisitive neighbours before making your move.
The cache is a micro, and there's something to keep it high and (hopefully) dry. When replacing, make sure it 'sticks up', and it only has to be fingertip depth, otherwise it becomes difficult for the next finder.
One final request – no elbows, fists or hair-pulling in the race for the first. Play nicely people!
First to Find honours goes to the Flintstone's (who seem to have been on a FtF frenzy recently) - congratulations!
UPDATE: At the risk of dropping half a star difficulty - You don't need to disassemble anything to find this one and the goal posts are a little too unstable to climb on, so it's not a recommended approach
