Geocache Description:

Container hidden on grounds of former school with permission of school superintendent.

This sight once housed the high school and then the middle school. The original was built in 1892 and burnt down in 1932. It was rebuilt in 1932 in time for the new school year and remained in service until 2009 and was torn down in 2010. The library was built in 1912 and was torn down in 2001. The building that houses Parents as Teachers burned on New Years day 2000. The gym is still on use for community functions so some stealth may be needed from time to time.
