Geocache Description:

#2 in a series of fact-filled caches filled with facts

To the east of this spot (now a school) is the historical Schontootle homestead.

The Schontootle family arrived in the region in the late 1830's, driving a team of oxen and driven, themselves, by madness.

Conrad Schontootle founded the first brewery in the region, experimenting briefly with a beer derived from wood chips now believed to be the first known source of lysergic acid diethylamide.

In the crazed visions that followed, Conrad claimed to be the King of Spain and the inventor of sheep. Restrained and sedated for the rest of his days, Conrad Schontootle directed the affairs of Spain and held impassioned arguments with the deceased Napoleon Bonaparte. He died at the age of 92.

No less than 27 of his descendents have since held the title of Mayor of Loveland, CO.

The best-known recipe for beer: drink one, bottle one

You're looking for a medium-sized camo'd container containing:
* log
* pen
* 2 geocaching glow sticks
* 3 skinny glow sticks
* 2 small jars of play-doh

CAUTIONS: Don't do this when it's raining or the creek is full. Keep little ones away from the edge. Beware barbed wire and the steep hill. Please restore the camo when done.
