Welcome to our series of caches around the Cefn Park Estate. My inspiration for this series has come from a few of the fantastic walks we have been on while Geocaching. The caches are located along the public footpaths and bridleway’s within Cefn Park This is a 3.2 ish mile Walk along one of my regular dog walking routes using signed bridle and public footpaths through the Cefn Park estate which at one time was quite extensive covering Ireland and the Home Counties. There is a short section involving a walk along the public highway please be careful this is still a live road and is used often also at the end is a walk along a main road. Some of the caches are slightly more difficult in keeping with the spirit of adventure and things. This route is not suitable for wheelchairs, buggies or very small children even though I have seen buggies on parts of this route. Dogs are allowed using the countryside code Don’t forget pen & tweezers you will need them. You may also come across livestock along the way. I hope you will enjoy discovering our hides There is enough parking at the start for a few cars I have included parking at two different points. you will come across gates and stiles en route Wellies or Boots are recommended in winter.
