Placed because of a housing development gone to pot.
The housing development that this is placed by, was supposed to hold ten houses but as of when this cache was placed, only two have been built. It has been years since Wade Ward set up this neighborhood, and he seems to have lost a lot of money in this development compared to his others. It appears to be his Achilles heel.
I am only down here for three months out of the year, so maintenance will be performed with a maintenance plan when I am out of town. Please remember to leave it as you found it.
