Geocache Description:

This Cache is located in the grounds of a City Council Centre but public access is available at all times. The ground can be muddy when wet and the exact location of the cache is not accessible for wheel chairs or pushchairs.

This is a medium size transparent box which contains a log, pen and space for swaps.
