This cache is along the beautiful Kennet and Avon canal, there is a car park near-by and a short walk to cross over the canal, a gentle slope will take you down onto tow path, after the cache you can follow the canal to next bridge turn left then left again by brewery to return to car park.
The Kennet and Avon was restored in the late 80's and provides work and recreation to many, I myself have lived and worked on the canal since '95, There is, however, one thing that annoys boaters and walkers alike, those irresponsible dog owners who exercise there dogs along the towpath but don't clear up after them (or those who do, then throw the bag in the hedgerow etc.!) this cache is to highlight the problem we as towpath users face. Cache contains log but BYOP!
