This cache is a bison tube hidden in lower City Park, Iowa City. The cache can be approached from either upper or lower City Park. The cache will only be visible from a certain angle. There may be poison ivy in the area at certain times of the year, although we did not see any at the time it was hidden.
City Park features a public outdoor swimming pool, numerous picnic areas, nice playgrounds, bocce courts, a small amusement park with five different rides for smaller children, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, a scenic bike path, and an outdoor theater.
Ample parking is available north of ground zero in Lower City Park or to the south in Upper City Park. Iowa City park hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Hunt this cache at your own risk, but most importantly, have fun!
