Schöneck ist die höchstgelegene Stadt im Vogtland (707m ü. NN). Sie hat reichlich 3000 Einwohner und erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von fast 55 Quadratkilometer. Sicher gibt es hier auch viele Cacher. Doch darum geht es eigentlich gar nicht. Worum geht es dann?
Es geht um die abgebildete Postkarte. Ist sie nicht schön, schön eckig? Ich behaupte, sie ist sogar dann noch schön, wenn man die 4 Fotos und den Schriftzug weglässt! Selbst die alten Griechen hätten mir da zugestimmt, seht Euch nur mal das Parthenon an.

Schön, dass Euch endlich eingefallen ist, was ich meine! Nehmt nun diesen Begriff und bildet daraus nach Cacher-Art (A=1, B=2, ...) eine Zahl. Dies sei A, die Anzahl der Buchstaben des Begriffs sei B. Wenn Ihr A und B in die folgende Formel einsetzt, erhaltet Ihr die Koordinaten von Stage 1:
N = A x B x 18 - 11
O = A x B x 21 + 143
Hier und an Stage 2 müsst Ihr Euer Wissen unter Beweis stellen. So findet Ihr schließlich zum Final. Reist aber bitte nicht wie die Frisöre an. Folgende Hilfsmittel werden benötigt:
- Taschenrechner
- Lineal, mindestens 15 cm lang
- Navi mit der Funktion Wegpunktprojektion
- Zusatzinfos vom Checker
