Welcome to Pine Creek, a DNR managed land open to hunting and fishing. This cache is close to the parking area off of Highway 53, and is along a creek with a small but noisy waterfall. The southern portion of Pine Creek has a little more tree cover than the northern portion. This stretch of trees breaks up two large fields. This small feeder creek dumps into Pine Creek a short distance west of here. NOTE: This area is open to hunting, so wear appropriate clothing in season. The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Daniel Hatleli of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
