Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden on the Lloyd & Mabel Johnson Preserve – 51 acres of oak forest and a buttonbush swamp, connecting to the southern end of Lillie Park in Pittsfield Township. Daylight hours only, please!

The cache is hidden in accordance with the Legacy Land Conservancy geocaching guidelines, so no bushwhacking is required. The cache can be reached from the trail. The Lloyd & Mabel Johnson Preserve is located on Platt Road in Pittsfield Township, south of Ellsworth, immediately south of the Lillie Woods section of Lillie Park. Limited parking is available at the preserve. The preserve is also connected by a trail from Lillie Park. Parking areas are noted for your convenience. We prefer to enter from Lillie Park.
