El-Mofro: Moved away from So. Cal. and can't keep these up anymore. This trail was a fun part of our time in Anaheim. 😀

Welcome to Anaheim Coves! **Open Dawn till Dusk (No trespassing afterwards). Tread lightly in the area! None of the caches are meant to be difficult and require maybe only a light foot off the bike path.**
Here's a great parking alternative to access the trail.
The Anaheim Coves park development at Burris Basin provides Anaheim residents with new and improved access to the Santa Ana River and the body of water known as the Burris Basin. The new park includes a 1.5 mile recreational trail, interpretive panels, observation areas, native plant landscaping, restrooms, parking as well as staging areas at the northern and southern ends of the park, with access to the Santa Ana River Trail.
Butterflies were released by local school children at the Anaheim Coves ground-breaking ceremony on April 13, 2010. They also scattered flower seeds to complement the growth of Anaheim’s local habitat at Anaheim Coves.
Updated: 10/5/12 I consider this a "training trail" of pretty standard caches. This is one that befuddled me for a while, but once I've narrowed my search, I come to be able to expect these.
