It's a NANO ! Shouldn't be difficult, however.
I grew up near here, and until recently knew nothing about the Battle of Cole Camp. I found it interesting, and you may too. This is a memorial to that battle, near the actual battlefield. The battlefield is on private property so you can't actually go there. This memorial has a pretty good description of the events of that day. Ninety Missourians lost their lives here. It was a really bad day to be a cook, also. (if you read it, you'll know why) They are buried in a mass grave at nearby Union Williams Cemetery , and there is a marker there. My brother and nephew live near here and will maintain this cache.
