Montalcino, conosciuto in tutto il mondo per il vino che si produce sulle sue terre, è un bellissimo e ospitale borgo medioevale che sorge su una delle più alte colline a sud di Siena, nella val d'Orcia.
Dalla cache si può ammirare il panorama verso ovest sulla valle dell'Ombrone.

Montalcino, known worldwide for the wine produced on his land, is a beautiful and friendly medieval village perched on one of the highest hills south of Siena, in the Val d'Orcia.
From the cache you can admire the view to the west over the Ombrone valley.
