A rail-line to Redcliffe was first proposed in 1895 and would have ended on the grounds of the Redcliffe State High School. After more than 115 years the Federal, State and Local governments have agreed to fund and build a rail line.
"The project will provide a 12.6 km dual-track passenger rail line between Petrie and Kippa-Ring, including six new rail stations at Kallangur, Murrumba Downs, Mango Hill, Kinsellas Road, Rothwell and Kippa-Ring." (Source)
This is the fifth cache (or second depending on what direction you're heading in) in this series. I've placed this cache, like all the others, a little away from where the station and line will run so it should survive the construction.
While it might be the case for residents that they will believe the Petrie to Kippa-Ring rail line will be built when a train actually rolls by, Geocachers will at least have a series of caches to find in the mean time.
