JDBOG: CAPTAIN'S LOG --- FINAL ENTRY .... This colony has survived Klingons, Romulans, the Dominion, the Borg, even Q... Every known entity of the four Quadrants, but it could not survive the COVID. After a 10-year mission, it is time to retire Scotty's Engine. Thanks for the support, the logs, the notes. It's been a great ride.

Geocache Description:

A semi-simple cache along a "new" road. For safety sake, please approach from the parking area. Only real challenge here will be the container itself as the GZ should be easy to deduce upon survey of the area. While this is available at all times, recommend search period for after regular business hours due to high vehicular and foot traffic volume in area as well as local security personnel.

With the recent changes in this particular area, the final result just screamed for a cache to be placed here.

As I look out over the newly renovated space, the distant call of "Scotty, get us out of here!!!" comes to mind. As I drift back to the present, the drone and scream of various engines reminds me we're not quite there yet.
