Our old friend Capt. Willy is going to be flying in on his big iron bird and spending a few days in Nottingham
Where? :~ The Starting Gate, Colwick, Nottingham
When? :~ Wednesday 9th May
Time? :~ 7.00pm onwards
We thought that it might be good to have an event where people can meet Captain Willy whilst he is here on a stopover from the USA. A chance to swap caching stories, meet new friends, catch up with old friends.
Willy has been a help to cachers here in Nottingham in the past, taking trackables back over to America with him and dropping them off in suitable caches.
The event is being held at the Starting Gate pub at Colwick and will begin at 7.00pm and continue through the evening until the pub closes.
The pub offers a good menu at reasonable prices with two for one meals being served. No need to book, just turn up on the night. It would be brilliant if as many people could turn up as possible, even if it is just to say hello. Food is optional.
If you have any TB's or geocoins that you want to go over to the US bring them with you and hand them over to the Captain.
