Hopefully this puzzle isn't too difficult to understand the theme. As the name says, it's An Easy Puzzle! Getting the numbers out might not be so Easy though.
The cache, obviously, is not located at the given coordinates. You could go there but you would probably be arrested and as there is nothing to be gained by visiting them it would be a waste of time.
