The cache is located in a wooded area behind the sports complex. This area is popular with hikers and, particularly, dog walkers. It is located away from the trails so even on a busy day you should be able to do it without having to be too "stealthy".
I've always thought of this as "Joe Albi" Stadium but, at least according to this marker, it's really the Spokane Memorial Stadium. At the posted coordinates you'll find a small mounument. Towards the bottom is a list of organizations that helped support the project. There is a number associated with some of these organizations. You'll use these numbers to find the final cache location.
