Presidential Puzzle Party

There have been many influential presidents in our country's history, but only a few will lead you to the cache. This is not a terribly difficult cache to find, just simple math equations and only the President's nicknames to go by. This will require some research on the cacher's part, and may even end up being informational and fun. Solve the following equations and plug the answers into the corresponding spots.

Equations:

A1 : Age of Old Sink or Swim when inaugurated minus 54

A2 : Age of Little Jemmy when inaugurated minus 55

A3 : Age of JFK when inaugurated minus Marilyn Monroe's age at death plus 4

B1 : Age of Honest Abe when inaugurated multiplied by IKE's age when inaugurated divided by 78.63 (round up)

B2 : Slick Willie's age when inaugurated minus letters in "Monica Lewinsky" minus years since inappropriate relationship between the two of them was "REVEALED"(as of 2012) minus 3
