PHB sees the daylight in this aqueduct after a a long chthonic under parking lots journey. I found it to be a wonderful spot that brought to mind Eurydice. Don't look back. The cache is on city property and obviously outside the Sanitation Dept compound, but use some stealth. The compound covers what was Devereux Meadow which was from 1939, for along time, the only full-sized, fully-lit baseball field in Raleigh. Walk a bit downstream an see if you can figure out when you are in one of the ballfield's restrooms. Look by the wall.
