This is a quick Cache & Dash, there is places to stop if you're driving.
You are looking for a small camo clip box container, the cache contains the log & swaps, but no pen, so you will need to bring your own writing tools.
This cache is big enough for swaps and Tb's.
EDIT 21/7/12: Just a note, this isn't just a randomers gate, we own it so dont be overally cautious about it. The whole family knows about geocaching. The neighbours on the other hand dont know about it, so good luck!
