This cache is one of many that will be placed as part of the It's Bath Time series. I moved to Bath last August from East Lansing, and since resuming Geocaching, I feel like there are very few caches in the area. The ones that are placed are great caches; however, because there are very few, people aren't enticed to get out at I-69 Exit 92 and get them. Bath has a lot of history, especially in regards to the unfortunate events of the Bath School Disaster (Read more about it here). I encourage you to take some time and visit this quiet community. This series was designed to bring more caches (and people) to the area. Some will be quick park and grabs; for others, you will need to thoroughly look for them. Regardless, I hope you have fun. The cache is located in the Bath Township Soccer Park. This 4.3 acre Soccer complex provides practice and competition fields for soccer players ranging from ages 4-18 years old. The Soccer Park has also been the site of the annual 4x4 Bath Summer Soccer Shoot Out. The complex includes a stone drive, parking lot, and pavilion with a charcoal grill. The cache is a small lock-n-lock container with a logbook, pencil, and trinkets.
