Ok so here is the story behind this cache (PS its not a history lesson). A cache in this location went missing a while ago so I contacted the CO and offered to replace it as he was from NJ (A Gift from NJ was its name). He said yes thank you. When I arrived with cache in hand I saw that the original cache site was chopped down so I again contacted CO with a new location just a few feet away. That next night it was archived by NY Administation for lack of response...That was about a month ago so my cache is still waiting to be found and so...here it is waiting for you. Happy hunting (Oh BTW, I did contact the CO again and got no response...)
