Geocache Description:

Marvin's Secret is hidden just off of the Marvin Howe walking trail. Please see below for parking information so you start on the correct side of the river.

Marvin’s Secret

Located off of Catherine Street (Wellington Road 109). Park at the entrance to the Arthur Community Park. There is a small gravel parking lot between the Petro Canada gas station and the LCBO. Accessible to most.
Marvin Howe was a Progressive Conservative member of the Canadian House of Commons. Born in Palmerson, Ontario, Marvin served in office from 1953-1972 under the leadership of four different prime ministers. A kind man and well respected resident of the village of Arthur, the Howe home is one of the beautiful century homes that line the hill as you travel north along Smith Street (Highway 6).

The Marvin Howe Trail is located in the Arthur Community Park at the south end of town. The trail follows the Conestogo River and is a nice spot to stop and stretch your legs when traveling.
