Geocache Description:

The dam is located at the site of the former mill built by B. Weston and George Chamerlain in 1857. After changing hands a number of times, it was totally destroyed by fire in 1969. Its colorful history is depicted at the dam site. Please return the cache to its original position and beware of muggles.

I am raising the difficulty a little since people seem to be having trouble locating it. Am also adding a hint.
