Come and join us from 12-2pm on Father's day for a BYO BBQ and maybe some FTF's! ;-)
Some purpose built BBQs are on site available to all on a first come, first served basis. There are ceramic tiles on some of the picnic tables for use if you bring your own disposable ones.
Don't forget to bring your spare change for the parking fee, loads of new signs up regarding this make sure you don't get caught out! ;-)
thejackrustles will be bringing a BBQ and this will be alight and ready to cook by 12 noon, CCMoo has kindly loaned a pergola, if we could all bring some food to share that would be fantastic ;-)

If you are placing caches for the event could you clearly mark them as such both in the description e.g. "please do not look for or log this cache before the 17th June" and ask for the reviewer to publish them on the 14th June. The reviewer has kindly offered to keep all theses caches in a bundle and publish them at the same time.
