The famous detective, Sherlock Holmes, is deathly ill and needs your help. Sherlock hasn't had a case in over 3 months as the country hasn't had a lot of detective work needed. This has caused Sherlock boredom. His doctors think his sickness is because he's been so bored lately and it's getting to him. He has put you on the job to try and solve this new case, finding Mr. Redwood. Redwood, a very wealthy man, has been missing for several weeks now but police found out a few days that Redwood has been locked up and needs a code word to get him out. Redwood's kidnapper has left a set of clues to follow and to be able to find the code word. However, the police think it's way too risky to follow the clues, as it may just lead to a dead end. Holmes picked up the case before he became sick, but now, can't handle the case. Head over to the posted coords to begin following the clues.
Stage 1
After heading to the posted and then following the trail to stage 1 you will find a container. Following the instructions will lead you to another location and here the word dockyard will come in handy.
Stage 2
Arrving at stage 2 you will find a reflective container that inside has instructions and clues as well as a magnifying glass. Be sure to look at the hints here. When 1 substance has been determined, go there. (i.e - no calculations). There's no need to venture off. All hints are located inside the stage.
Stage 3
When arriving at stage 3 be sure to enter on the left side of the fence for best accessibility. You will then find a sign with someone's name on it. Reading the clue will explain that another container is hidden nearby. Using the tool inside of the container will distinguish which letter are needed. Add the coords up (separate for N and W though) here to get one set.
Stage 4
It won't be hard to find the container here as its pretty big. Inside their are 3 tubes with a notch in 1 end of each. In addition their is a long piece of ribbon inside the container. Scytale.
Upon completing the puzzle a 2 word phase will be shown. Follow the instructional sheet to get the final coords. For stage 4 use the same letter twice.
Final
When arriving at the final coords the hide of the final will be obvious. Be sure to be careful with the set up and put everything back how you found it. Trade up or don't trade at all :)
Word around town is that there are many dead ends to throw off the fo llower. Be careful out there! You will need to bring along a flashlight and a UV light to be successful. Have fun!
