While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for the cache owner and block other cachers from placing a cache in the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can’t do so forever.

Nothing seems to happen with this cache listing, so it is now archived, so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. Also, if it hasn’t been done already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.

Geocaches which have not been maintained or the owner has not responded will not be taken out of the archive

Cachen inneholder diverse bytteting. Husk å ta med egne skrivesaker!!

Cachen ligger på toppen over Bratten, et perfekt sted for å få med seg midnattsolen i Bodø. Følg stien opp via "Kvalvika GC2WZKG", hold til høyre på turen opp til du nesten er på toppen. Letter å gå der.

I sommer halvåret, nord for polarsirkelen vil det være mulig å få oppleve midnattsolen. I Bodø kan du mellom 4. juni og 8. juli, se midnattsolen om du er på riktig sted.
Det er flere steder som er perfekt å se midnattsolen, feks på Linken, Keiservarden, Turisthytta og Junkerfjellet. Disse stedene er tilgjengelige for de fleste. Lengste turen er opp til Keiservarden, ca 1 times gange i rolig tempo.

På grunn av sollysets brytninger, vises sola en halv grad høyere på himmelen og gjør sitt til at det også er mulig å oppleve midnattsol sør for den nordlige polarsirkelen.
