This new series of caches will take you along a very nice part of the Alpine Trail in Portola Valley. All of the caches were placed within a few feet of the trail and there is no need to go near the road. There is a lot of Poison Oak in the area but no caches have been placed near it.
I have attached a long wire to aid in retrieval of the bison. Please replace as found and beware of muggles. This trail can be quite busy at times.
I suggest parking in the extended parking lot near the intersection of Alpine Road and Arastradero Road. There is very little legal parking in Portola Valley.
