This is part of the Ocean County Brain Teasers, a series of 10 caches (plus a Final) designed to test your IQ. Finding them shouldn't be a problem, but unlocking or solving them may be.
The first ten caches will each include a letter/number clue. Once you collect all of those clues, you will have the final location! (GC5WZ95).
For this night cache, you will need two items: a flashlight and a black light.
The given coords will lead you to a container with a puzzle inside. If you use your black light on it you should find the coords for the cache. Once at GZ, pull out your black light again and it should be a quick find. You may be able to find the cache without it, but I'm guessing it would take a little longer.
Be sure to WEAR ORANGE during hunting season. In Manchester, if there's a clearing in the woods, there's probably a deer stand nearby.
Please place cache back as found. It was in a specfic spot to hopefully make this one last. No room for any tradeables. BYOP.
