Geocache Description:

The CSRA Geocachers invite you to come join them
on Saturday, December 8th
for Camping, Cooking, or just to hang out for the day.

This year we will be camping at the
COE (Corps of Engineers) Campground area
on Friday the 7th and Saturday the 8th.

A "Primitive or Fireside Cooking" Challenge
will be held on Saturday the 8th.

Bring your camping cookware and Enter in the
"Fireside Cook-off".
There will be two categories with a 1st Place Prize awarded to the winner of each category.
The two Cook-off categories are:
Main dish and Dessert

To qualify for the Challenge all participants must do two things to enter.
1. In the attendance log, state that you are entering the cook off
2. Cook your entry dish on site.
Store bought food heated by the fireside WILL NOT be accepted as an entry.
The Cook-off Entries will be judged by a Volunteer Panel at 1:00PM.
Participants will need to plan their cooking time and have their dishes ready for judging no later than 1:00PM.
Participants will have to provide their own cooking means;
such as building your own fire, setting up your grill,
or outdoor stove and etc.

After the judging there will be a Picnic, followed by a short meeting.
If you are planning to attend the picnic, please bring a dish to share with all
and please let us know what you will be bringing.

If you are planning camping,
let us know in your "Attending" Post so we will know how many
to expect around the Campfire.
