Welcome to Veteran's Park.
Veteran's Park is 33 acres of open space located off Englishtown Road in Old Bridge. The park has a recreation center, restroom facilities, two lighted softball fields, one lighted little league field, two lighted basketball courts, tennis and handball courts, a children's playground area, picnic area, soccer field and walking trail. The recreation center is available for private parties and can accommodate small groups of sixty and under. Tables, chairs and bathrooms are available. Veteran's Park is the home of the new skate park facility.
I haven't been to this park since my daughter played softball in her teens twenty years ago. I am surprised that there have been no caches placed here but that has now been rectified. This first cache is an easy park and grab.
