Wheelock Parkway is a lovely road to drive and walk in St. Paul. This cache is along the Parkway on public property. It will appear it is in the woods and well yes it is, but easy to get to. The container is just far enough into the woods where mugglers will not see it and close enough to the edge so there is no major bush whacking! Good...Right? Container can hold a few small SWAG. BYOP. May or may not be winter friendly depending on amount of snow.
While you are here, check out WHEELOCK PARKWAY #1 and WHO'S WATCHING - THE BEAR, a bit south or D.E.S. #1 and D.E.S. #2, east and southwest. You can pick up 5 quickly! Park the car and walk to them all!
