Crabtree wood is a beautiful space for all to enjoy, benches allow you sit and enjoy the countryside sights and sounds. Accessed via a sometimes muddy path from Leyhill.
Cache is a camo clip box
Crabtree wood is a 'Breathing Places' project funded by 'The Big Lottery Fund'. Work is being undertaken jointly by the owners and Leyhill School to enhance the biodiversity of the wood.
The space includes a multitude of different trees, a pond (care re small children), bee hives, paths and places to sit and be quiet.
Easy to miss if you happen to pass by the small open gate entrance - do detour and enjoy.
