The level of surveillance you need to contend with will depend on when you're attempting the cache.
It is definitely not one to be done on a Saturday or Sunday morning. GZ can be busy during the week as people come in for, and head home from work. Even when the parked muggle numbers are at a reasonable level there could be surveillance from across the road.
Please ensure that you are not observed to prevent the cache being muggled and replace the cache up the right way.
