This cache has been disabled for an extended period of time. Due to the lack of response toward the needed maintenance since our last contact, I am archiving the cache. According to direction received from HQ caches that were archived for maintenance reasons will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

The cache is about a 500 milliliter cylindrical camoed container. It contains a log book and a few small tradeable items. Please bring your own writing tool and replace the cache as good or better than you found it.

This cache takes you to a cairn commemorating the attempt of establishing a settlement from France in the North West Territories. The idea was to create a society similar to the one in France however this was not to successful. Some of the nearby settlers decided to remain in Canada and thus a smaller French community evolved near here.

The first to find of this cache receives a color television.

The second to find of this cache will receive a throne.

The third to find of this cache will receive all the other prizes.

Finders of this cache must accept the prizes as awarded. There will be no exchange or refusal of prizes. To all cachers, good luck.
