"This cache has been placed for the CARL4 event. This cache was released to the public on Thursday June 14th. The cache should not be located prior to 6 p.m. Friday June 15. The caches for the CARL4 event are released early so that the geocaching community has an opportunity to plan their routes prior to the event start.”
