Quick park and grab with a lovely view of the pass and the highway below.
This can be a bit of a tricky cache to do if heading up Van Reenen pass, but if not busy then you should be able to cross the highway at the opposite entrance to the one you would use to get to Windy Corner. The road is a bit rough for the first 10-20 meters but is good after that. You can park right next to the cache off this road. A bit further on you can pick up another easy roadside cache showing the lower parts of Van Reenen pass. If you carry on with this scenic road there are two more caches available at the old tunnel. Well worth the few extra kilometers of travel. So if you have a half hour to spare..... 4 easy caches up for grabs. Note: I would not recommend doing this cache if traveling up the pass during peak traffic times, like holidays or long weekends. Going down the pass will be fine as you can get back into the traffic flow easier.
